Overview
RapidResell AI ("we", "us", or "our") operates the RapidResell AI mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
Account information — When you create an account we collect your email address, which is managed by Clerk (our authentication provider).
Product photos — Photos you take or upload to generate a listing are transmitted to Google Gemini for AI analysis and are stored in our database as part of the product record. Photos are retained until you delete the product or request account deletion.
AI-generated listing data — Product titles, descriptions, prices, and other eBay listing fields produced by the AI pipeline. This data is stored in our database and associated with your account.
eBay connection — If you link your eBay account, we store an OAuth access token and refresh token issued by eBay on your behalf. These tokens are used only to post listings to eBay and are never shared with third parties.
Subscription and billing information — We record your subscription plan, status, and monthly credit usage so we can enforce your plan's allowance. Payments are processed by Google Play; we do not receive or store your card details. Subscription status is synchronized through RevenueCat.
Usage data — Standard server logs (request timestamps, HTTP status codes, error messages). Logs are retained for up to 30 days.
How We Use Your Information
- Provide and improve the App's core features (photo-to-listing AI, eBay posting, credit management).
- Authenticate your identity and protect your account.
- Manage your subscription and enforce your plan's monthly credit allowance.
- Send transactional communications (e.g. service notices) if you have opted in.
- Diagnose bugs and maintain service reliability.
Third-Party Services
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following third-party service providers, and only to the extent necessary to operate the App:
- Clerk — authentication and user management. Privacy policy

Data Retention
Your account and listing data are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g. financial records).
eBay OAuth tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect your eBay account from the Settings screen.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, email us at support@rapidresellai.com from the address associated with your account. We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Object to or restrict processing of your data.
- Data portability.

Children's Privacy
The App is for adults only and is not directed at anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
