How to request deletion
- Select Request account deletion below.
- Send the email from the address associated with your RapidResell AI account.
- Keep the prefilled subject line so our support team can identify your request.
If the button does not open your email app, send your request to support@rapidresellai.com with the subject “RapidResell AI Account Deletion Request.”
What will be deleted
- Your RapidResell AI account and authentication profile.
- Product photos, product records, and AI-generated listing data associated with your account.
- Stored eBay OAuth tokens and other marketplace connection data.
- Your credit balance and app usage records associated with the account.
Processing and retention
We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days after verifying that the request came from the account owner. Some transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, and security records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes; retained records are isolated from normal product use and removed when the applicable retention period expires.
Important: Account deletion is permanent. Any unused credits will be forfeited and cannot be recovered after deletion is completed.
